Global Linkers Limited is recruiting a Marketing Manager for a pharmaceutical company based in Calabar, Cross River. This full-time position requires a dynamic and results-driven professional to drive brand visibility, market penetration, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead pharmaceutical product marketing, promotions, and brand positioning.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve market share and revenue.
- Monitor marketing performance and manage marketing budgets.
- Lead and coordinate the marketing team.
- Build relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, healthcare professionals, and distributors.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic business partnerships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive product awareness and sales growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical products and healthcare markets.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant marketing experience, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing or distribution.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical product marketing and business development.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable marketing and sales results.
