About the role
A leading banking institution in Abuja is seeking a Marketing Associate to join its SME Banking team. This full-time position focuses on driving customer acquisition and promoting retail banking products. You will play a key role in onboarding new customers and agents, ensuring they are successfully integrated into the banking platform.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new customers and agents onto the banking platform.
- Facilitate account openings and ensure proper KYC documentation is collected.
- Market and sell financial products, including POS devices, digital banking apps, and savings plans.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and customers to encourage consistent platform usage.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly acquisition and transaction targets.
- Handle revenue collection (check pickups) and prepare call memos.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding Business Group activities.
- Assist with loan request documentation.
Requirements
- Qualification: NCE, OND, HND, or BSc Degree.
- Age: Not more than 35 years.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of marketing experience.
