About the role
Swift Consulting Limited is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Marketer to join our team in Ogba, Lagos. You will play a key role in promoting our loan products, generating new leads, and supporting customer acquisition efforts. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who is target-driven and enjoys building relationships.
Responsibilities
- Explain loan products, eligibility requirements, terms, and repayment schedules to prospective customers.
- Promote and market the company’s loan products to potential clients.
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into successful applications.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and applications.
- Achieve assigned sales, customer acquisition, and loan disbursement targets.
- Assist customers with the loan application process and required documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Generate new leads through direct marketing, referrals, networking, social media, and field activities.
- Submit regular reports on sales and marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, loan services, microfinance, banking, or a related role.
- Proactive, confident, disciplined, and target-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to carry out field marketing and customer acquisition activities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
