About the role
JV Management Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a reputable Microfinance Bank located in Apapa, Lagos. This is a full-time position focused on growing the bank’s customer base and promoting its financial services.
Responsibilities
- Promote savings, loans, and other financial products.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active customers.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Drive deposit mobilisation and meet assigned marketing targets.
- Prepare regular marketing and sales activity reports.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous marketing or sales experience, preferably in a microfinance bank or financial institution.
- Strong customer acquisition and relationship management skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet targets and work with minimal supervision.
