About the role
Elite Talent Placements (ETP) is seeking a Marketer to join their team in Benin, Edo. This role focuses on growing patient volumes, referrals, and corporate/HMO accounts. You will work to build trust in the centre among clinicians, employers, and the community. The position reports to the Centre Office Manager.
Responsibilities
- Build a referral network of doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and HMOs through regular visits and follow-up.
- Promote laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic services, including corporate wellness and community screenings.
- Secure and manage corporate and HMO/insurer accounts, including agreeing on tariffs and billing with Finance.
- Plan health-awareness campaigns, digital content, and outreach events.
- Monitor patient experience from enquiry to result delivery and escalate issues to the Centre Manager.
- Ensure all content is ethical and compliant with strict patient confidentiality.
- Submit weekly reports on leads, referrals, accounts, conversions, and competitor activity.
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Public Health, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, pharma, or diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills.
- Ability to be credible with medical professionals.
- Organised, self-motivated, and ethical.
