About the role
MDaaS Global is looking for a Marketer to join the BeaconHealth Diagnostics team in Umuahia, Abia. This full-time, field-based position focuses on growing patient volume by building strong relationships with referring clinicians, hospitals, HMOs, and the local community. You will report to the Center Manager and work directly against patient-volume and revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and maintain relationships with referring clinicians, hospitals, and clinics in the catchment area.
- Plan and execute community outreach activities, including health talks and screening events.
- Develop partnerships with corporates and HMOs for bulk testing and wellness programs.
- Track patient sources and referral performance using the BeaconOS platform.
- Report weekly and monthly on outreach activities and progress against targets.
- Resolve referral-partner concerns and payment discrepancies in collaboration with the Front Desk/Billing team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting growth goals.
- Comfortable with regular fieldwork and travel within the clinic’s coverage area.
- Computer literacy and willingness to learn the BeaconOS clinical platform.
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare/diagnostic marketing, existing network of referring clinicians, or fluency in the local language.
