About the role
Zylus Group International is a fast-growing real estate firm in Nigeria with interests in property management, investment, and construction. We are looking for a Managing Director to lead Skyscape Facility Management Limited. This is a senior leadership position based in Lagos, responsible for driving the company’s strategic vision and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision, goals, and growth plans.
- Oversee all facility management operations to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with safety regulations.
- Lead client acquisition and retention strategies, including negotiating high-value contracts.
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and revenue generation activities.
- Provide leadership to senior management and foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements in Nigeria.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10–15 years’ relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in facility management, property services, or a related business.
- Strong understanding of facility management operations, financial management, and Nigerian regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
