Responsibilities
- Advise on complex regulatory and tax advisory engagements.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research to assess the impact of legislative changes.
- Manage client compliance obligations, including the timely preparation and submission of regulatory filings.
- Support clients in obtaining necessary licenses and liaising with regulators.
- Identify and escalate compliance risk events while focusing on root cause resolution.
- Coordinate training and capacity-building activities for the team.
- Collaborate on business development initiatives to drive practice growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (at least a second-class upper division).
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant regulatory compliance experience or equivalent experience in business or industry.
- Excellent managerial, organizational, and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
