About the role
MTN Nigeria is looking for a Manager – Product ICT Solutions to help establish the company as a leading enterprise digital transformation partner. You will focus on a portfolio of cloud, managed security, and infrastructure solutions that drive sustainable revenue growth. This position reports to the Senior Manager – Solutions Development within the Enterprise Business division.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for cloud, managed security, and managed infrastructure offerings.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and pricing benchmarks.
- Build business cases for new product launches, including TAM/SAM and margin structures.
- Work with technology partners to co-develop and localize ICT solutions for the Nigerian market.
- Define product requirements, service specifications, and SLAs with internal teams.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to retirement or refresh.
- Develop pricing, packaging, and commercial models to support enterprise sales teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert for ICT solutions in customer engagements and industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification (MBA, MSc) is an advantage.
- Certifications in Product Management, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- 6 to 13 years of experience in product management, ICT solution development, or related roles.
- At least 3 years of experience in telecoms, ICT, cloud, or managed services.
- Demonstrated experience launching and scaling B2B technology products or services.
- Strong understanding of the enterprise/B2B ICT market in Nigeria or Africa.
