About the role

We are looking for a resourceful individual to join our team as a Manager, Facilities. This full-time position is available in Enugu, Kano, Kaduna, Lagos, and Ibadan – Oyo.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of facilities staff and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of all facilities.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Direct preventative repairs and maintenance procedures to keep buildings and equipment in optimal working condition.
- Manage resources for branches within the assigned region and ensure services are purchased at the least possible cost while maintaining quality.
- Liaise with service providers on premises maintenance issues, ensuring the use of good quality materials and prompt attention to details.
- Monitor maintenance activities to ensure adherence to service levels and coordinate with the BSM and Asset Custodian for planned preventive maintenance.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained by the facilities team, addressing and resolving issues effectively.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Estate / Facilities Management, Civil / Mechanical Engineering or other relevant disciplines. A Master’s degree and professional certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience: At least 5 years demonstrable experience in Facilities Management or Customer Service Management.
