About the role
FactBase Consulting Limited is a growing HR consulting firm with offices in Ikeja and Ajah, Lagos. We are looking for a Management Trainee (HRM) to join our 2027 set. This is a full-time position designed to develop young graduates into HRM professionals through CIPMN training.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute training projects for clients.
- Plan and execute recruitment projects.
- Plan and implement HR consulting projects.
- Research, write, and implement HR proposals and projects.
- Participate in in-house consultant development programmes.
Requirements
- B.Sc., B.Tech., or HND (minimum 2.2) in OTM, Mass Communication, Social/Life Sciences, Humanities, Law, Educational Management, Library Science, or Information Technology.
- Maximum age of 26 years.
- Comfortable skills in the MS Office Suite.
- NYSC Discharge Certificate.
