Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to meet company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to improve performance.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels to boost brand awareness.
- Manage key client relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize business growth.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales and marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Identify training needs and organize professional development programs for team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales/Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Excellent understanding of sales principles, marketing concepts, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate others.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
