About the role
Efezi Southsea Nigeria Limited is a hospitality consultancy firm established in 2009 that provides expert services to small and medium-sized hotels. We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Officer to join our team in Ijaiye- Ojokoro, Lagos. This position is crucial for keeping hotel facilities running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of hotel facilities.
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance emergencies.
- Monitor generators, pumps, air-conditioning, water systems, and other equipment.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and tools.
- Identify and fix electrical and plumbing faults.
- Support other departments with technical issues.
- Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs.
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
- Keep the maintenance workshop, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce equipment failures.
- Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and hotel standards.
Requirements
Qualified candidates should have experience in hotel maintenance, electrical and plumbing systems, and HVAC. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
