About the role
Ardova Plc is a leading Nigerian energy company with over 450 retail outlets. We are looking for an LPG Station Manager in Lagos to drive the operations of our company-operated station. You will be the key leader for safety, sales, and customer service, ensuring all financial and human assets are managed to meet company goals.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-friendly environment while upholding high product quality standards.
- Coordinate marketing activities and manage inventory to minimize stock loss and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare periodic reports and ensure accurate tracking of sales, inventory, and P&L using company platforms.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to protect the company’s reputation and integrity.
- Ensure all station personnel follow the Station Operation Procedure and perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4-5 years of work experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of LPG operations and prior experience managing an LPG station.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills and time management.
- Minimum of HND or a degree in a related field.
