About the role
Prowess Outsourcing Limited is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee the company’s fleet, drivers, and transportation operations. Based in Ikeja, Lagos, this full-time role reports to the Head of Operations or General Manager. The position is within the security services industry and requires strong planning and people-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the deployment of escort, operational, and rapid response vehicles.
- Manage vehicle maintenance, including servicing, repairs, and preventive schedules.
- Supervise drivers, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate logistics for VIP movements, patrols, and emergency rapid response deployments.
- Maintain accurate records of fuel consumption, vehicle incidents, and maintenance costs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, fleet management, or operations.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience in a security company or field-based operational environment is an added advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond quickly to operational emergencies.
