About the role
Jodazen Integrated Services is looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to lead logistics, transportation, fleet, and distribution operations. This full-time position is based in Mile 2, Lagos, and offers a monthly salary between N350,000 and N400,000.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the logistics team to meet performance targets.
- Supervise drivers, logistics staff, and third-party service providers.
- Manage fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, and fuel usage.
- Track logistics performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Identify operational challenges and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor delivery schedules, routes, and operational costs.
- Coordinate the movement and delivery of goods efficiently and on schedule.
- Plan and manage daily logistics and transportation operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, road safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation of dispatches, deliveries, and vehicle activities.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in logistics, transportation, fleet, or supply chain operations.
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Transport Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of Lagos routes and logistics operations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and logistics reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience managing drivers and logistics personnel.
- Manufacturing, distribution, or FMCG experience is an advantage.
