About the role
Rosabon Financial Services (RFS) Limited is a leading Non-Banking Financial Intermediary and Equipment Leasing firm in Nigeria. The company is a member of the Concept Group and has been licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria since 1993. We are currently seeking to fill 12 full-time positions for Loan Sales Officers. This is a hybrid role based in Lagos and Abeokuta, Ogun State.
Responsibilities
- Generate quality leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Drive the sales of salary loans and investment products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Source, onboard, and manage individual and corporate clients.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the local market and customer acquisition strategies.
- Minimum of NCE, OND, or HND qualification.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in loan sales or financial services products.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
