About the role
TeamAce Limited is recruiting on behalf of a reputable financial services organization. As a Loan Sales Officer, you will be based in V.I, Lagos. Your primary focus will be driving customer acquisition, loan disbursement, and revenue growth by marketing the institution’s SME and individual loan products. This is a full-time position with a salary range of N250,000 to N400,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Promote loan products and meet assigned disbursement and sales targets.
- Generate leads, acquire new customers, and onboard agents and POS merchants.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Monitor customer repayments to keep Portfolio at Risk (PAR) low.
- Build strong client relationships and provide guidance on financial products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years’ field-driven experience in sales, merchant acquisition, or agency banking.
- Experience in Microfinance Banking, Fintech, or other financial institutions with a proven sales track record.
- Strong understanding of loan products, customer acquisition, and digital banking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and CRM skills.
