About the role
LEAM Consulting Limited is seeking a Loan Disbursement / Collection Officer to support our clients with lending services. You will assess creditworthiness and manage the necessary paperwork to facilitate loans. This is a full-time position based in Ibadan, Oyo.
Responsibilities
- Review loan requests and evaluate clients’ financial status.
- Follow up with clients regarding loan renewals and monitor the progress of existing loans.
- Analyze risks and make decisions on approving or rejecting loan requests.
- Contact clients to gather required financial data and documentation.
- Ensure all loan applications comply with company policies, internal credit guidelines, and legal requirements.
Requirements
- SSCE or OND qualification.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer, or in a similar role.
