Bradfield Consulting is a professional service firm focused on human resource solutions. They are looking for a Litigation Associate to join their team in Ikeja, Lagos. This is a full-time position where you will provide high-quality legal advice and litigation services to clients. The role involves managing complex corporate transactions, drafting contracts, and offering general business advice.
Responsibilities
- Represent individuals and corporate entities in court.
- Deliver concise and accurate written work with high attention to detail.
- Communicate legal issues effectively to colleagues and clients.
- Analyze commercial and legal issues to identify relevant concepts and facts.
- Identify alternative legal and commercial solutions for transactions.
- Manage time effectively to meet client expectations.
- Conduct extensive research using up-to-date sources.
- Provide risk-based analysis, including possible consequences and mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Call to the Nigerian Bar (BL) minimum.
- Master of Laws (LLM) is optional.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in litigation and legal advisory services on commercial transactions.
- Experience working in a commercial law firm.
- Strong knowledge of commercial law, corporate law, and general business advisory matters.
