About the role
Ren San & Co. is a business support and full-service brand strategy firm. We are looking for a Lawyer to provide legal advisory and representation services to protect the Principal’s personal, financial, business, family, and professional interests. This is a full-time position based in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements.
- Manage legal risks and advise on dispute resolution and litigation.
- Advise on wills, trusts, estate planning, and succession arrangements.
- Protect assets and property through legal due diligence and documentation.
- Manage intellectual property rights, including licensing and copyright matters.
- Handle reputation, privacy, and confidentiality issues.
- Coordinate with UK legal specialists on cross-border matters.
- Maintain secure legal records and provide regular updates to the Principal.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) Degree and qualification as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
- Minimum of five years’ relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian law and demonstrable familiarity with UK laws.
- Experience in contract law, legal advisory services, or commercial law.
- Experience in wills, trusts, estate planning, or intellectual property is an advantage.
- High standards of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
