About the role
Domeo Resources International (DRI) is hiring a Lash Technician to join its Abuja Spa team. This full-time position reports directly to the Spa Manager. The role focuses on delivering premium eyelash services, including extensions, lifts, and tinting, while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and client comfort.
Responsibilities
- Perform classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions, infills, safe removals, lash lifts, and tinting.
- Conduct client consultations to assess natural lash health, sensitivities, and desired looks.
- Maintain strict hygiene protocols by disinfecting tools and using single-use supplies correctly.
- Ensure quality assurance by checking symmetry, retention, and client comfort during treatments.
- Educate clients on lash aftercare, maintenance schedules, and signs of irritation.
- Keep accurate records of client treatments, product usage, and appointments.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Lash Technician in a spa, salon, or beauty studio.
- Proficiency in classic, hybrid, and volume lash application, mapping, and safe removal.
- Professional training or certification in eyelash extensions and treatments.
- Strong hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of sanitation, adhesive handling, and eye-area safety protocols.
- Experience serving high-profile clientele is an advantage.
