About the scholarship
TU Delft offers the Justus & Louise van Effen Excellence Scholarship to support high-achieving international students. This award is designed for those admitted to a two-year Master of Science programme. The scholarship aims to attract top talent by providing comprehensive financial support for your studies in the Netherlands.
What it covers
- Tuition fees: Full coverage of tuition fees per year, based on the statutory fee or institutional rate.
- Living expenses: A contribution towards your living costs during the programme.
Who can apply
- You must be an international student.
- You must be (conditionally) admitted to a regular two-year MSc programme at TU Delft. Joint Education Programmes are not eligible.
- You must have achieved excellent academic results in your previous studies, ideally ranking in the top 10% of your graduating class.
- Your previous study programme must be relevant to the Master’s programme you are applying for.
How to apply
To apply, you must first submit a complete application for an MSc programme at TU Delft. This must be done before the scholarship deadline. In addition to your standard application documents, you are required to upload a specific scholarship application form and two reference letters. Ensure all documents are submitted by the deadline to be considered.
