About the role
TranESS, a renewable energy brand under the Transsion Group, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer. You will join the ITEL Energy Marketing department in Lagos to support branding and communication activities. This full-time position focuses on creating visually appealing designs for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and corporate communications.
Responsibilities
- Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, banners, and product catalogues.
- Create visuals for social media posts, digital ads, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Assist in developing creative concepts and layouts for online and offline marketing.
- Collaborate with content creators, videographers, and sales teams to deliver effective materials.
- Ensure all designs align with TranESS’s brand identity and visual guidelines.
- Prepare designs for digital publication and print production with correct file formats.
- Edit and retouch product images and campaign photographs as needed.
Requirements
- A portfolio showcasing relevant digital and print design work.
- 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or visual communication.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or Canva.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
- Basic knowledge of print production requirements and image resolution standards.
