About the role

We are looking for a Janitorial Coordinator to join our team in Anthony, Lagos. This is a contract position focused on managing janitorial operations and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the hiring, onboarding, training, and deployment of janitors to client locations.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning and hygiene standards.
- Monitor cleaning materials and equipment to ensure timely availability at assigned sites.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and resolve service issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit regular operational reports on staffing and site conditions.
- Identify staffing needs and recommend suitable candidates for employment.
