About the role
Premium Human Resource Solution is seeking an experienced IT & Systems Administrator to provide technical leadership in Abuja. This full-time, permanent position requires you to oversee the administration, maintenance, and security of the company’s IT infrastructure, diagnostic equipment interfaces, and network services. You will report directly to the Managing Director on IT strategy, compliance, and infrastructure audits.
Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-line IT support, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Manage LIMS, PACS, diagnostic equipment interfaces, Active Directory, servers, and LAN/WAN.
- Oversee cybersecurity, access controls, data protection, and backup/recovery testing.
- Administer Microsoft 365, cloud solutions, and enterprise applications.
- Manage IT assets, vendors, and technical projects while monitoring system uptime.
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, IT, ICT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience in IT infrastructure and systems administration.
- At least 3 years of technical responsibility or leadership experience.
- Strong hands-on server and network administration experience.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, MCSE, or ITIL are an added advantage.
- Healthcare IT experience is preferred.
