About the role
Mohinani Group is a multi-generational family business with over 5,000 employees and more than 50 years of experience across multiple sectors in Africa. We are looking for an experienced IT Support Officer to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth daily IT operations across our locations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain IT asset records and assist with user onboarding and deployments.
- Install and maintain IT equipment and peripherals.
- Manage IT tickets and resolve incidents within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Support LAN/Wi-Fi, CCTV, biometric systems, and other IT-enabled infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot issues with computers, printers, Microsoft 365, applications, and networks.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- OND, HND, B.Sc., or B.Tech. in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and IT ticketing systems.
