About the role
Bravies Homz Limited is a real estate company based in Abuja, Nigeria. We are looking for a creative and technical IT Support Officer to join our Digital Operations team. This full-time role combines IT troubleshooting, AI tool utilization, and graphic design to support our branding and internal operations.
Responsibilities
- IT Support: Maintain hardware and software, troubleshoot network issues, and manage data backups.
- AI Integration: Use AI tools to streamline workflows, draft content, and improve productivity while ensuring data security.
- Graphic Design: Create flyers, social media graphics, and corporate documents using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
- Digital Admin: Assist with website maintenance, online meetings, and digital record keeping.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in IT, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in IT support, graphic design, or digital operations.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW).
- Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- A portfolio of previous graphic design projects is highly desirable.
