About the role
Elite Talent Placements is looking for a Procurement & Order Processing Officer to oversee the complete procurement and supply chain process for software and hardware. This full-time position is based in Lagos. You will ensure that sourcing, vendor management, and delivery are handled efficiently for both local and international purchases.
Responsibilities
- Source and procure hardware and software from local and international vendors.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement and order fulfillment process.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Process purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align procurement with business needs.
- Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
- Proven experience procuring IT hardware and software locally and internationally.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement/ERP systems is an advantage.
