About the role
Elite Talent Placement is looking for a Procurement & Order Processing Officer to oversee the entire supply chain for hardware and software purchases. You will manage sourcing, vendor relationships, and order fulfillment for both local and international transactions. This full-time position is based in Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Source and procure IT hardware and software from local and international vendors.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement and order fulfillment process.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Process purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align procurement with business needs.
- Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
- Proven experience procuring IT hardware and software locally and internationally.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement/ERP systems is an advantage.
