About the role
HoneyTreat Group is a Lagos-based conglomerate founded in 2009, operating in sectors such as construction, training, real estate, and software development. We are looking for a hands-on IT professional to join our team in Lekki, Lagos. This full-time position involves supporting daily IT operations and providing technical assistance for our web applications, internal software, and the My Honeytreat App.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day IT operations and infrastructure.
- Provide technical support for web applications, internal software, and digital platforms.
- Troubleshoot application issues and maintain system stability.
- Collaborate with software developers and technical teams to resolve problems.
- Manage user accounts and permissions within platforms like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in IT Operations, IT Support, Application Support, or Systems Administration.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of technologies such as JavaScript, Python, PHP, Java, SQL, HTML/CSS, APIs, Databases, and Git/GitHub.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA, Microsoft, Google) are an advantage.
