Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and resolve complex user issues.
- Manage computer systems, networks, and applications to ensure reliability and security.

- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Manage IT hardware, software, and personnel within budget limits.

Requirements
- A university degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- More than 3 years of experience in IT.
