About the role
Moniepoint Incorporated is a global business payments and banking platform serving over 600,000 businesses. We are looking for an Inventory Support Officer (ISO) to serve as the dedicated custodian for POS terminals within our repair pipeline. This role ensures end-to-end traceability and maintains logical-physical alignment within the Repair Centre’s IMS subsystem.
Responsibilities
- Log received devices in the IMS within 24 hours and verify faulty terminals against recall waybills.
- Enforce SLAs for receipt-to-assignment and QA clearance-to-dispatch readiness.
- Monitor terminal movement through repair stages and update IMS status accordingly.
- Receive QA-approved terminals and update status to ‘QA Cleared – Awaiting Dispatch’ within 4 hours.
- Generate dispatch lists and waybills for QA-cleared devices, obtaining necessary approvals.
- Conduct daily physical counts and reconcile against IMS records, escalating any variances.
- Maintain labelled racks and segregated zones for faulty, under-repair, refurbished, and scrap devices.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in inventory operations.
- Minimum of OND in a related discipline.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with limited supervision and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
