About the role
TeamAce Limited is seeking an Inventory Manager to join a reputable FMCG company in Abuja. This full-time position focuses on maintaining stock integrity and ensuring accurate inventory control across assigned warehouses. The role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in supply chain management and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory transactions to ensure stock accuracy across assigned warehouses.
- Conduct stock reconciliations, cycle counts, and investigate any inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare inventory reports and monitor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with Warehouse, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics teams to maintain data accuracy.
- Drive improvements in inventory control and support operations across assigned locations.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, or Supply Chain within the FMCG, Manufacturing, or Distribution sector.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, warehouse operations, and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP systems such as Business Central, Odoo, SAP, or similar.
