Blissview Hotel & Suites is a premium hospitality company seeking a dedicated Internal Auditor to join our team in Osogbo, Osun. This full-time position focuses on ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accountability across our financial and operational activities. Responsibilities

• Reconcile cash, bank, POS, and other payment records.
• Identify irregularities, errors, waste, and fraud risks.
• Monitor inventory, stock movements, and purchases to spot discrepancies.
• Maintain proper audit documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
• Provide recommendations to management on improving internal controls.
• Conduct regular audits of financial records and operational activities.
• Verify cash collections from Front Office, Restaurant, Bar, and POS.
• Follow up on previous audit findings and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly audit reports for management.
• Conduct surprise cash and stock checks when necessary.
• Work closely with Finance, Accounts, Front Office, and Procurement departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualifications such as ICAN, ANAN, or ACCA are an added advantage.
• 5-15 years of relevant experience in internal auditing, accounting, or financial control.
• Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing principles.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Good communication and report-writing skills.
