About the role
DET Consulting & Outsourcing Limited is seeking a motivated Intern Analyst to join a recycling company or related FMCG industry for a 3-month internship. This role offers practical experience in data analysis, market research, and business operations. The position is based in Atan, Ogun, and includes accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Support business development, operational planning, and decision-making processes.
- Collect, organize, and analyze business, sales, operational, and market data.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with data validation, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and performance summaries.
- Perform other analytical and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND or currently studying Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Power BI is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to commit to the full 3-month internship duration.
- Interest in recycling, manufacturing, or the FMCG industry is an advantage.
