About the role
The Center for Clinical Care and Clinical Research (CCCRN) is seeking an Integrated Data Assistant to join the BRIDGE-N Project. This ad hoc position is available in Kano, Jigawa, Sokoto, Kebbi, and Zamfara States. You will support health facilities and community teams in delivering integrated services for HIV, Tuberculosis (TB), Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (MNCH), and malaria. The goal is to strengthen service quality and continuity of care.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update approved information in paper-based and electronic records.
- Support reconciliation of source documents, registers, and electronic records to identify discrepancies.
- Conduct completeness checks and flag missing or inaccurate data for correction.
- Support data quality activities, basic data analysis, and routine reporting.
- Provide E-Deck and related data-entry support within approved workflows.
- Maintain organized records and handle client and program information confidentially.
- Work with facility teams to resolve data issues and follow approved procedures.
Requirements
- At least a diploma in Computer Science, Statistics, Medical Records, or Health Information Management.
- Minimum of one year of hands-on experience with hospital records.
- Data quality, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with facility and community teams.
- Fluency in Hausa and English.
- Willingness to comply with project, government, and facility procedures, including confidentiality and safety requirements.
