About the role
City Print & Publishing specializes in custom printing, laminating, and flexible package conversion. We are looking for a competent and experienced Industrial Electrical Technician to join our factory maintenance team in Idu Industrial Area, Abuja. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of N120,000 – N170,000, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and production machinery.
- Diagnose electrical faults in extrusion, printing, lamination, cutting, and injection machines.
- Handle electrical maintenance for water-production equipment.
- Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
- Work with three-phase motors, control panels, contactors, relays, sensors, and electrical wiring.
- Observe industrial electrical safety standards.
Requirements
- Technical qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant industrial experience.
- Experience in packaging, plastics manufacturing, or water-production equipment is an advantage.
- Practical experience with factory machinery, motor controls, and industrial electrical fault diagnosis.
- Strong safety awareness and reliability.
