About the role
Elastic is looking for a Senior Partner Solutions Architect to act as a technical force multiplier within its partner ecosystem. This pre-sales role involves working with a defined portfolio of partners, including system integrators, resellers, and cloud providers. Your goal is to build their technical capacity so they can source pipeline, win deals, and deliver Elastic solutions without direct involvement from Elastic. You will be measured on partner-sourced deals, committed engagement plans, and published assets rather than activity volume.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth: Generate approved partner deal registrations and run tailored sales playbooks to support intake, technical scoping, and service attachment to increase deal size.
- Architect leverage: Own technical relationships with partner champions, create and maintain Technical Engagement Plans, and deliver enablement roadmaps including workshops and certifications.
- Co-innovate: Co-architect solution blueprints, support partner-built vertical and managed offerings, and create reusable demos, sales cards, and battlecards for the ecosystem.
Requirements
- 8+ years in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting in Security, Observability, or AI.
- 3+ years of pre-sales experience, ideally in partner-facing roles such as channel, alliances, SI/GSI, or MSSP ecosystems.
- Working knowledge of security operations (SIEM, endpoint, cloud security) and/or observability (logging, tracing, infrastructure monitoring).
- Professional experience architecting or operating solutions on AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
- Commercial fluency to discuss services scope, margin, and business cases with partners.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for coverage across the India region.
