About the role
Roblox is looking for a motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join their team in Gurugram. This full-time hybrid position focuses on supporting the recruiting process and ensuring a positive experience for candidates. The role is based in the Gurugram office with a specific shift timing of 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM.
Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiting teams across different time zones to enhance the candidate experience.
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling, travel coordination, and acting as the point of contact for candidates and interviewers.
- Host and manage the experience for candidates visiting the office for in-person interviews.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal partners to guide them through the hiring process.
- Balance high scheduling velocity with other operational tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ad hoc projects within Recruiting Operations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a scheduling or calendar coordinator role.
- Experience optimizing recruiting and interview scheduling processes.
- Ability to work across multiple time zones and manage competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred experience with GoodTime and Greenhouse.
