About the role
Twilio is seeking a People Generalist to support People priorities across the APJ region. You will work remotely from India, partnering with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to drive HR initiatives. This position reports to the Global People Generalists Manager and focuses on delivering high-quality HR support in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR Business Partners to support program rollouts and process execution in the APJ region.
- Analyze HR data, such as headcount and attrition, to create insights and reports for leadership.
- Manage performance management cases end-to-end, ensuring fair and timely outcomes.
- Coach managers on performance processes and best practices to enhance employee experience.
- Support HR leaders with ad hoc projects and business-led initiatives like reorganizations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Management, IT, and other teams to align processes.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of core HR data and projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an HR role within a matrixed organization.
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to communicate insights effectively.
- Experience with AI-enabled efficiency tools to enhance productivity.
- Ability to make administrative decisions and handle sensitive issues with judgment.
- Desired proficiency with HR systems like Workday and ServiceNow.
- Must be based in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Maharashtra, or Delhi.
