About the role
Elastic, the Search AI Company, is looking for a marketing professional to support regional marketers in The Americas. This fixed-term position involves planning, executing, and rolling out high-quality marketing programs. You will work closely with regional marketing managers to deliver campaigns with measurable metrics, contributing to sales and partner pipeline growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive demand creation and lead generation by developing qualified marketing leads and crafting brand awareness activities.
- Assist in sourcing venues and coordinating program logistics for regional campaigns, including field events, trade shows, and account-based marketing.
- Maintain the marketing calendar, manage regional budgets, and research third-party conferences.
- Support the regional marketing team with travel planning, expense reporting, and attendance at sales meetings.
- Manage shipments via the warehouse and coordinate logistics, speakers, and agendas for Elastic programs.
- Support local partner initiatives such as seminars and lunch & learns.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing or event management.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing or Mass Communication is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, document software, and marketing tools like Splash and Salesforce.
- Ability to be flexible across timezones in The Americas.
- Ability to work independently and creatively to scale new programs.
