About the role
Figma is expanding its support team in Bengaluru to help customers succeed with its design platform. This full-time position involves working from the Bengaluru office on a schedule that aligns with US business hours. You will join a close-knit team that values collaboration and customer success, gaining early insights into how customers use new features and AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer tickets via Zendesk, primarily through email, addressing issues like account access and file permissions.
- Troubleshoot technical problems across the Figma suite, including prototype behavior and AI tool connectivity.
- Review AI-generated output and credit usage to ensure fair and consistent billing decisions.
- Write clear bug reports and product feedback to help Engineering prioritize fixes.
- Facilitate calls with customers when email is insufficient, such as screen-sharing with administrators.
- Stay updated on product changes by joining launch sessions and creating internal guides or macros.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma and regular use of AI tools.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Excellent written English and a warm, human communication style.
- Curiosity and a habit of self-directed learning in new technology.
- Preferred: Experience in UX or product design, familiarity with AI design/code-generation tools, knowledge of Zendesk, and background supporting self-serve and enterprise customers.
