About the role
Okta is hiring a CSP Cloud Desk Support Desk member in Bengaluru, India. You will join the CSP Cloud Operations team to work with data in AWS Systems and Salesforce. Your goal is to drive informed decision-making, ensure account accuracy, and optimize the experience for sales teams. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance overall business performance.
Responsibilities
- Support regional sales teams with systems administration and related tasks.
- Use AI tools to refine and improve operations reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to map accounts and update pipelines.
- Review deal structures and provide operational support for creating Private Offers.
- Manage support tickets from initiation through to resolution.
- Tag deals across multiple tools to ensure accurate sales compensation.
- Monitor origination sources and link them to the correct Salesforce Opportunity.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of experience with AWS Partner tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while balancing multiple priorities.
- Proven analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Preference for previous experience with AWS ACE and AWS Marketplace.
