About the role
MongoDB is seeking a contract Technical Recruiter to support its ambitious growth in India. This hybrid position is based in Gurugram and focuses on driving full-cycle recruiting for various technical roles. You will partner closely with business units to meet hiring goals while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive full-cycle recruiting for a range of technical positions.
- Understand business unit objectives to attract high-quality candidates.
- Create and execute sourcing strategies that build strong candidate pipelines.
- Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to define strategies and close candidates.
- Use data-driven insights and metrics to track pipeline health and inform decisions.
- Collaborate with internal clients to ensure the selection process results in quality hires.
- Ensure candidates have a positive experience from screening through offer negotiation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of in-house technical recruiting experience.
- Subject-matter expertise in recruiting for back-end systems, cloud products, and security.
- Previous experience in sourcing, recruiting, and closing top technical talent in Gurugram.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
- A data-driven mentality that uses data to shape recruiting strategy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
