About the role
Komaro Group is a diversified Nigerian conglomerate operating in hospitality, lifestyle, consumer goods, and energy support sectors. The company is based in Warri and Effurun, Delta State, and is expanding into Lagos. They are looking to hire two In-House Content Creator & Customer Relations Officers to support their brand and customer engagement efforts.
Responsibilities
- Create photo and video content for social media and marketing channels.
- Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and guest relations.
- Apply strong communication and customer service skills in daily interactions.
- Use creativity and attention to detail to enhance brand storytelling.
- Utilize social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
Requirements
- HND or BSc Degree.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in content creation, customer relations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in creating photo and video content for social media.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage customer inquiries and guest relations.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of brand storytelling.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools is an advantage.
