About the role
Ginos Ventures Limited is an indigenous distributor of medical consumables and devices across Africa. The company works with over 60% of healthcare institutions in Nigeria and distributes products for several multinational healthcare companies. This full-time position is based in Abuja (FCT).
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell spine and orthopedic implants to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, procurement officers, and key decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Conduct product presentations and provide accurate product information.
- Support product demonstrations and procedures in line with company protocols.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback.
- Follow up on customer orders, payments, and deliveries to ensure timely service.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or HND in a Medical field, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Anatomy, Physiology, Nursing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in medical sales, particularly spine and orthopedic implants, is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of the healthcare market and hospital procurement processes.
- Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage multiple customer accounts.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Must be resident in Abuja and familiar with the locations of health institutions in the territory.
- Should be able to drive a car.
