HYT Consulting is a professional service firm specializing in recruitment, talent development, HR outsourcing, and consultation. They are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their team in Lagos on a full-time basis. The position offers a monthly salary of N500,000.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies that align with business goals.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and talent management processes.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
- Coordinate compensation, benefits, payroll, and employee welfare programs.
- Drive learning and development initiatives and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare periodic HR reports.
- Provide strategic HR advice to management and support organizational development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Experience in a chemical production company.
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and handle confidential information.
