About the role
Viju Industries Nigeria Limited is a leading food and beverage manufacturer in Nigeria, known for products like Viju Milk Drink and Viju BB Star. We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Igbesa, Ogun. This full-time position focuses on building a strong workforce and maintaining a productive, compliant work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR operations, employee relations, and performance management.
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for factory and sales teams.
- Ensure all employment practices comply with Nigerian Labour Laws.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll administration.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Specialist or Manager, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws and proficiency in HR software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- CIPM certification is a major advantage.
