About the role
10Alytics is an educational technology company that provides data and tech skills training to individuals and corporate firms across Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. We are looking for a proactive and organized Human Resources Associate to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle while contributing to employee experience, performance management, and HR administration. This is a fast-paced position that requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support recruitment activities such as job postings, candidate communication, and interview coordination.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new and departing employees.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including communications, celebrations, and surveys.
- Assist with performance appraisal processes, tracking completion and related deadlines.
- Maintain accurate HR data and prepare reports, dashboards, and workforce insights.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Good understanding of Human Resource Management and core HR functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets and documents.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and changing priorities.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
